Sometimes we hear from people either by email or phone who say that they have tried, or want to try our litter but can’t find a store near them that carries our products. While you are always more than welcome to order our litter online either from us or another retailer, shipping costs (especially pandemic shipping costs) can be really high.
We do have a list of our retailer network on our website and that’s a great place to start but, can I tell you a secret? If you let us know who your favorite, local, independent pet store is, we are more than happy to reach out and explore the possibility of expanding our network! (It works even better if you tell the retailer how much you would like to be able to support them more by purchasing our product from them rather than online!) Many of our favorite independent retailer relationships have started this way.
Next Gen Pet has a network of distributors across the country who help us promote our products and get them in the hands of our loyal customers. This network does it’s best to spread the word about Next Gen Pet litters but sometimes they have some many products on their offer sheet, retailers can become overwhelmed. The best solution is direct customer feedback! If you let the retailer know you are interested, they can reach out to the local Distributor to ask specifically about our product. We can also let the local Distributor know there is specific interest in your area at a certain, local store.If we have learned anything in 2020, I think it’s that we are all just doing our best to get through the day with as much grace as possible.
